So I was watching Doug Liman's fantastic The Edge of Tomorrow one day and started to notice the stark resemblence of it's opening "beach invasion" scene to that of Saving Private Ryan's iconic storming of Normandy beach scene. AND so I put the two side by side and began to play. What resulted- with a little help from the always electrifying Carmina Burana- is as follows...
